About Pretty Painted
Origin Story
Pretty Painted began with Covid, like so many new hobbies that have been picked up. We were all locked up in our homes without much contact with the outside world and needing to find something to do.
I found that I had this undiscovered knack for drawing and painting.
Seriously, big surprise there.
One day I picked up a tired canvas shoe and started doodling on it. This eventually grew into fully painting shoes, wallets and bags.
So many people have asked me about my cool shoes I decided to see what I could really do. That hopefully explains the ridiculous number of shoes all over my house.
Creativity
I have a lifetime of experience being creative. Just ask anyone that knows me. I waste no time putting my own spin on things. No process or activity is safe from my personalizations. I take this approach when creating custom designs on a pair of shoes, a wallet or bag based on our discussions of what you would like to see.
